Pros
12 hour work schedule that allows for more days off during the month. Pay is good for the area and for a manufacturing job. - New CEO seems to have things in order and is making changes for a more productive and positive work environment. - Benefits (health, vision, dental & 401K) are excellent. It's a place where the right attitude will take you further.
Cons
Employee negativity and laziness is a challenge. - Lower/Middle management isn't proficient across 4 shifts and can create challenges amongst team members. - Communication from upper management is a work in progress to say the least. - Also, there is a tendency to utilize negative reinforcement instead of rewarding positive behaviors.
