      Pros

      Great job if you just want a job. Pays well, great benefits. Hours are ok.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't have a clue and are very disconnected to those working on the floor. Safety isn't as much of a priority as it used to be.

      2 on 2 off kind of schedule. Nice to be off so many days a month.

      Poor management on all levels. Lots of brown nosing by incompetent co- workers.

      2-2-3 schedules easy repeativie duties and the cleanest factory I've ever worked in

      Downtime with 12hr shifts in a clean facility can be troublesome keeping busy
