      The front-line team I worked with throughout my years at Celigo were absolutely amazing individuals!

      Cons

      Management is in complete disarray. There is a constant shift of company objectives leading to poor execution and a complete distrust of leadership to accomplish anything meaningful. Leadership’s focus seems to be on cashing out on an exit in the next few years rather than fixing the problems at hand. New ideas are always solicited but seldom listened to.

      No learning

      Only positive that i found is remote option

      Cons

      No work life balance, doing same repeated work with out any improvements, and there's no learning

      decent place to work overall

      Flexible hours/locations, most of the people are pretty nice, the company seems to be performing well

      Cons

      Lots of political drama. Get on the right side of the right people. Some teams are overloaded with work.
