      Great Place to Be

      Pros

      - Solid leadership. I've benefited and really grown in my career as a result of our CS leadership really challenging the status quo and driving towards things that really matter to our customers. - Great teammates. Everyone cares and invests in each others ongoing success and takes the time to ensure no-one feels left behind. - Inclusive workplace. I work in an environment where I feel I can be open, transparent, and heard. We have a diverse team here and it only seems to be getting better. - Innovative. Sure, we have things we are constantly trying to improve on but we are doing things day-to-day that are really top-notch industry standard practices for our customers. - Fun and flexible. I'm a remote employee, which was hard to get used to at first, but leadership has done a great job of making it feel like we are all together and closely connected even though we're all across the US.

      Cons

      -There's a lot of constant change happening and at a fast pace... we don't have it all figured out, but I know we are trying to get there. It's definitely not for everyone, but I will say I've really grown in my career and feel constantly challenged. -The pay could be better, but I understand we are a smaller company compared to others in our space.
