      A good company but can get stagnant/boring after a while

      Pros

      Good compensation/gifts given during events/festivals Your ideas are welcomed and listened to. A place where you can influence the product and see its impact

      Cons

      Little room for growth in terms of learning. The tech stack is fixed The thinking as a company is less ambitious. The customers are always targeted for mid size which doesn't help reaching the company's potential The management doesn't seem to have a good structured planning and a vision.

      1. Clear goals, good planning, standard tools and tech stack 2. Startup culture. Loads of work 3. PS, TT, happy hours, partying 4. Learning in data integration, domain knowledge around CRM and ERP systems. 5. Everything is in cloud or local. Easy to work from home.

      Cons

      Foosball is small one. So no one play that Juice , milk, coffee can be brought in office cafeteria Hard to maintain work-life balance sometimes.
