      Way too good of an organization

      Pros

      Celigo as an organisation is very open, flexible and all the good things you can think of as an engineer and an employee... you will find it here - challenging peers - type of work - no politics - you get to learn and work on latest tech specially into cloud services, ai etc. - relocation perks - health perks - scheduled casual catchups with teams - work from home and other re-imbursements

      Cons

      - little activities that can be included while onboarding for better code understanding. as there are so much courses and learning path for other aspects of organisation

      Everyone is approachable and open, from top to bottom in the ladder. CSM management understands the profession and is growing/developing the department to where is it should be.

      Cons

      Normal operational frustrations that you have within a fast growing company. Nothing to new.
