      Hands Down, The Best Place to Work!(CloudExtend by Celigo)

      Pros

      I get to be a part of the CloudExtend by Celigo marketing team, and so far i’ve only experienced Pros. Here are a few; -There is a strong culture of feedback communication -every idea brought to the table is listened to and addressed -even in a virtual/remote environment, management makes sure to provide weekly/daily meetings and updates so everyone is on the same page -team building and connection is a priority -personal growth for the employees is a priority to management -the company is growing fast so there is so much opportunity to grow personally and professionally -fast paced and always a lot of work to be done, but there is always a mindset of helping each other where it’s needed

      Cons

      The only thing I can think, and this is really digging for a con, would be that there isn’t currently a 401K match plan.

      Plenty of opportunities for growth, ability to own projects, supportive teams, ability to try different things and enhance skills

      Cons

      Remote work can cause internal disconnects, need extra communication when working with teams across time zones
