      Pros

      Management genuinely values input from the technical team and regularly incorporates feedback into process changes. Modern frameworks and up-to-date dev tools make solving technical challenges satisfying. Cross-functional meetings sometimes run long, but they help break siloed thinking and encourage collaboration. The company culture encourages open discussion—even dissenting opinions are welcome in sprint retros. Most team members are approachable and happy to review tricky pull requests or share code snippets when blockers arise

      1. Work like balance is awesome 2. Colleagues and Seniors are supportive enough 3. Huge opportunity to learn and grow

      There is no cons I've felt as of now, may be sometimes WFH is boring and we do not get much chance to interact with Colleagues and seniors in in-person.
