      Pros

      1). Leadership has a very good vision and moving the company in right direction which makes the company a fast growing organisation. 2). Flexible working hours 3). Employees got all the required tools and free hand to make mistakes and learn from those quickly. 4). Very challenging role and learn new things everyday. 5). Last but not least, HR team comes up with so many events which makes the work environment (WFH) energize and perform better and better day by day.

      No cons as such I do see so far.
