      Pros

      Good commute if you live in the peninsula. The employees are friendly. The CEO and team are note. More below

      Cons

      They let some of the co-workers go on the last day of the month so that they don't have to pay insurance for the next month. And this person worked for the company for 2+ years . They just like to optimize on cost

      Pros

      - Good opportunity if you can take on challenges. The employees are rewarded fairly for their contribution. - Care about employee's work-life balance. Never asked to work on weekends. - Flexible hours. Work from home. Save commute time. - Lots of social activities such as weekly lunch, company picnic, company dinner, etc...

      Cons

      - Salary is a bit below average but it's not really a con unless you care so much about money. - As a growing company, some departments are still a bit hectic.

      Pros

      Very flexible work hours. Incredible people. Both from a professional and personal perspective. Extremely committed senior staff. Great leadership. As much opportunity as you are willing to take/handle.

      Cons

      Global distributed workforce. This is both a pro and con. Sometimes it's hard to sync up on tasks with a 12h time difference, but this also means that progress is made around the clock.
