      Pros

      Celigo provides an excellent learning environment, especially for those who are early in their careers. One of the standout aspects at Celigo is the presence of exceptionally talented individuals who are not only great to work with but also readily offer support. Collaborating with such a team is a definite highlight.

      Cons

      There appears to be room for improvement in fostering a more inclusive work environment. Currently, there seems to be a noticeable gender disparity, and it would be beneficial for the company to focus on creating a more diverse and inclusive culture.

      It was amazing... for a while

      Pros

      The people are honestly the best part, you work with smart and talented people across multiple teams and everyone is usually awesome. Remote work is in and sounds like a hybrid model is here to stay.

      Cons

      The culture here was great and we had an identity. However, with the hiring of so many senior leaders all trying to make an impact, they have really changed the culture and vibe of the company. People are getting thrown under the bus left and right for those said decisions made by senior leadership. Pay and benefits don't match the market and tons of people are leaving for better opportunities.

      Pros

      Very flexible work hours. Incredible people. Both from a professional and personal perspective. Extremely committed senior staff. Great leadership. As much opportunity as you are willing to take/handle.

      Cons

      Global distributed workforce. This is both a pro and con. Sometimes it's hard to sync up on tasks with a 12h time difference, but this also means that progress is made around the clock.
