Pros

Interesting job and great colleagues, exposure to a vast array of great science

Cons

Relatively low compensation/benefits, high volume of work, large disconnect between the purported focus on quality science and parent company's focus on quantity alone

Pros

Interacting with a plethora of highly educated and passionate scientists

Cons

Very toxic culture, constant reporting, hand-holding, micro-managing. There's a great deal of scrutiny and employees are required to report their daily and monthly activities in full-detail, per senior leadership's request, which as a result undermines productivity. No work-life balance. Below average benefits. To potential employees: if you are older than 25 years old and have some years of professional experience, this company is not for you. Avoid it.
