Pros

None, this is company is terrible. Maybe the getting off at 3 pm on Fridays is the only ok thing about working here.

Cons

Upper management doesn't know how to grow and lead an organization. Micromanagement and negative reinforcement are not the way to motivate a team. This is a dead end job. If you want to make very little money and have no work life balance this is the place to go to. They will lie to you in the interview telling you this is a growing company, but ask for the numbers and you'll see the company can't hit their budget or make up for terrible markets like Chicago and Dallas. Don't get fooled.

Pros

The company really emphasizes customer satisfaction and employee centricity. It feels good to work for a staffing firm that cares about people, both internal and external. Management is innovative and has found ways to keep clients engaged without following the same old staffing scripts. The employee benefits are great and they offer perks like casual attire and early dismissal on Fridays. People who try hard and do well are promoted and afforded the opportunity to learn the ins-and-outs of operating a business.

Cons

The BOSS Group is growing from a small/mid-size agency to a large organization. With change, there will be bumps along the way. Sometimes career paths and long term strategic plans can seem unclear. To succeed here, you have to be open to change and willing to work hard while wiating for the right advancement opportunity to open up.

Pros

The best part about working here is the culture. I have fun with the people I work with and not only that, feel like I am compensated well, too. If there is a process change suggestion or idea someone has, I feel like leadership is open to hearing, whatever it is. Our senior leadership is accessible and are quick to celebrate big wins at every level.

Cons

Typical traffic woes of commuting in a big city. Also not being able to contribute to your 401K until after 1yr.
