Pros

Compensation can be great if you work your way to the right account. Some truly great people work here. Amazing work/life balance.

Cons

Toxic culture, lots of turnover, expensive benefits, elementry sales enablement tools, zero centralized sales training/success team, and an exec team that is only focused on selling the company.

We completely agree that the people at Cella are amazing and our greatest asset, which is why our culture encourages work/life balance with a fully remote workforce, unlimited PTO and flexibility. Our Executive Team is focused on growing Cella’s capabilities, improving our operations and facilitating the success of our team. This year, we updated our compensation plans and proudly offer all staffing employees the same opportunities to earn commission within their positions. In 2021, we have also invested in and implemented the top CRM and marketing automation platform for sales and marketing. - work-life balance can difficult sometimes
