Pros
First of all, there are great benefits and a competitive salary. Good medical, good food... work hard but still have a life. The culture is great! Management keeps things light, but work hard and efficiently. I honestly look forward to work. It's a small company with a big mission. There is opportunity for growth, and to make major contributions to something that will truly change the world for the better. The founders have a strong bond formed over years of professional experience, and are individually and collectively talented both technically and socially. I whole-heartedly believe that the company will be successful, and that every person fortunate enough to join the team will enjoy being here.
