Amazing human capital, Deterioration in relation to employees
Pros
1. There are amazing people who work in this company, smart, ambitious, capable and dedicated. 2. Interesting work, it feels like we are doing a good thing to the world by doing a meaningful work. 3. Most of the mid level managers are one employees
Cons
1. Once or twice a year there is a big organizational change and a lot of people are getting fired. 2. There is always stress comming from the managment, trying to squiz more and more from the Employees 3. A lot of things that are getting a negetive feedback from the employees are getting the answer "thats how the big boss wants it" 4. Not the most luxurious company, nothing in the kitchen except water & coffee, no happy hours or teams fun day out of the office, no Reimbursement of expenses in case you took money from you own pocket..
