Cellebrite has a fantastic set of products which DO help to make the world a safer place. The support from the CEO/ELT level is genuinely inspirational. They genuinely care about the customer, people/employees, and the mission.

Cons

Rapid growth can be hard at times at any company; you must be open to change.

Interesting domain - enforcement agencies investigations, extractions of investigations devices.

Cons

The company is very cheap from the little things like kitchen to the major ones like salary/bonus. They did not give any options to almost anyone before IPO. They cut the salary during COVID without an apparent reason (revue was way up), they did return the loss afterwards. Terrible mamagnemt - many replacements and reorganizations every few months. Seems the company has no idea what it wants to do and how. All this create bad atmosphere and most good people leave.
