      Cool Technology, I use to have more pros but after new Manager, it became the job from HELL!!!

      Cons

      Listen to the staff, managers are not always right. If a manager does not like you, they will pick on you make up stuff and get you fired. HR is a waste HR is supposed to look into an issue not just pick the managers side because they have a title.

      None once you're comparing to other established companies similar in size.

      Cons

      - No respect for employees, neither from HR or Management - Workload bad as it can be, little to no training - No recognition in effort and dedication - Product are getting slowly outdated and buggy, no improvement made. We are still wondering how a company can survive with such poor organisation, and showing so much disrespect for its own customers.

      Decent benefits and salary depending on your job.

      Cons

      The environment is very uncomfortable. They rule by fear. The customer service is lacking because they feel there is not a true competitor so they can handle customers to their benefit.
