Very flexible working hours. Competitive salaries. Only 2 people per root with lots of space. Overall, good conditions. The work is usually very interesting with real challenges to solve.

Cons

It's Petah Tikva - no many things to do around during lunch. Although it's not a small company, decisions are sometimes taken like in a small startup.

nice conditions, such as evening food, yearly company trip, etc. in general, flexibility is a good point in cellebrite, but comes with some cons of uncertainty (see cons)

Cons

Work life balance wasn't perfect, sometimes weird decisions and lots of changes going on which leads to uncertainty, as a feature you develop might not be used, or completely changed
