If you're an outsource from Poland or Ukraine they'll love to employ you for a low salary

Cons

This company used to be great, until they replaced all of the senior management - including the CEO Yossi Carmil who worked in the company for more than 20 years. This came with a complete change of approach to the employees: From a patriotic company that valued long term relationships with the Israeli employees and general respect for them, it turned into a company of bean counters which bring a toxic work environment, and started firing Israeli employees every now and then with silly excuses, replacing them with low salary Polish and Ukrainian outsource instead. The whole work environment got ruined and that's a real pity because this company used to be AMAZING. What a shame
