      Pros

      Great immediate team. Compensation is fair overall. The work itself is impactful—assisting law enforcement—but involves a complex ethical trade-off regarding personal privacy.

      Cons

      Personally, I felt a disconnect between the warm family messaging and reality. I witnessed too many employees leave without transparent communication. Additionally, in my opinion the peer ranking system places an uncomfortable burden and sense of liability on the employees who have to grade others.
