Direct managers Internal mobility options Salary and benfits Culture of collaboration, people are patient and keen to help. very intersting industry and tech overall, I liked working there very much

Cons

Decision making could be better, for example: cellebrite purchased companies that didnt generate the expected value or that crypto thing they give too much sway to familiar names in the industry who work at the company, thats sometimes create uneeded obtacles and noise amd general inefficiency when they send hysteric communications to higher management. if it was a one off I would not have mentioned it
