Cellebrite promotes a positive, healthy workplace culture that promotes collaboration and trust with leadership that listens, communicates transparently, and acts with integrity.

      Pros

      Relaxed work pace Stable business targeting the law enforcement market, relatively resistant to economic downturns. Decent salary, relative to the company's prestige level

      Cons

      Located in Petah Tikvah Middling technical skill level, outdated tech stack Stagnant environment - not ideal for ambitious employees Stingy feeling: * Not many perks and benefits * Company-provided food is locked away during the day * Financial compensation is reactive and ungenerous - RSU & other incentives are granted late, when one foot is already out the door * Lower-prestige roles like QA aren't valued and aren't given yearly bonuses * Locked-down 10bis with low monthly credit
