      The management are all proven sales people and the pay it excellent! Tons of flexibility and empowerment to make real decisions. Strong culture and great team environment.

      High level of responsibility not for faint of heart.

      Was great now TERRIBLE with new Managers

      Pros

      The company was fun in 2015 until two managers (one has now been demoted due to personal improprieties with female employees) Made good money until the new managers filled the sales floor with more people than needed amd this causes commissions tp decrease since you are sharing sales with every rep working that day. Several days of selling nothing and only providing customer service which we are paid NOTHING FOR SINCE the position is 100% commission. No sick or vacation time...horrible hours.

      Cons

      Hours, 100%commission, incompetent managers in Key West location...the list goes on, gossiping is common on the team, I urge anyone to not work here

      The best part of working for the company is the ability to make it work for you. You have zero pressure for your superiors and can have a great work life balance, plus the commission structure is amazing!!!

      Cons

      The downside to working for Cellular Sales is you are accountable for yourself, no one will make money for you.
