Pros

I've had the pleasure of being a part of the Sales Team for a little over a month. The atmosphere in the Contact Center is great! Any time that I've needed feed back all I have to do is ask, and my questions are answered. The training was spot on as well, I felt very confident with what I had learned before I stepped out onto the floor.

Cons

In all honesty, I have yet to find a true con. Anything you are asked to do, you will be trained on. Any questions you have, will be answered. You really can't ask for more out of a company when you expect to excel.

Pros

I have been working with Cellular Sales for just over a year now, and out of the 4 other wireless retailer's I Have worked for in the past, this is by FAR the best. The earning's potential here is through the roof depending on how much you want to work for it and you have the freedom in doing it. There is NO MICRO MANAGING!! If you want to make a great income and have that great work/life balance, then this is the place for you. They are Flexible with scheduling/days off/vacations and will work with you. They take you on cool team outings and LISTEN to employee's suggestions on making things better or to improve upon as a company.

Cons

No paid time off for employees

Pros

The people at Cellular Sales are wonderful, and make the job so much more enjoyable. Sales can be challenging, and I;'m very grateful to work with Coworkers that are team oriented and supportive. Upper Management and executive leadership are encouraging and also provide incentives, dinners, contests and etc to keep things competitive but fun and team oriented. Good work life balance. I averaged 30 hours while in school, and 35 now that Im graduated and still made $67,000 last year.

Cons

Angry customers, customer care, etc... An unavoidable part of the job is defusing situations with clients who had a poor experience.
