Pros

Flexibility to work at different times of the day and at different store locations, which is refreshing. Good team atmosphere. Good place to make some money but would not recommend as a career.

Cons

Your only real motivation to sale more phones is the "tier system". There are months where you can try your hardest to sell as much as possible, working double shifts and picking up days you had free to meet your quota. If you dont meet your quota you drop from tier 3 to tier 2 (or tier 1) and see your checks drop anywhere from $400-1000.

Some good some bad

Pros

Recent training became better Leadership in Tampa started trying to have some integrity at least at face value...so many years it has been so blatant ruthless. I do have to say for them small percent of the good people there that do care if the customer gets the best options and services...they do a fine job of customer service. The opportunity to provide unbelievable service is available but not practiced by most.

Cons

The slimballs and dbags they hire. They tend to float to the top. The whole top tier of company prides themselves on being like Boiler Room. If you remember in that movie they were crooks. The ones who make most numbers wins...no matter how you got there...period...but if they get held accountable by Verizon Wireless (who they are a Authorized Dealer for) they will throw you away and under the bus so fast it will make your head spin. You will be rewarded for your success but....Don't get caught.

Pros

Ability to make your own schedule.

Cons

The company keeps finding ways to pay you less and take more for themselves. Paychecks are never accurate. They take 4x more money than you made on the commissions if the phone gets charged back. There are some questionable practices going on in this company that might have flown when "employees" were 1099, but now they're ACTUAL employees. Considering speaking to a lawyer.
