Pros
If you like variety, then this job is for you. You will most likely work in a different store with different teammates every day, and your schedule will change every month. This job is 100% commission based so you truly do get out what you put in. The sky is the limit, however even an average performer will make a healthy living wage. Lots of freedom with very little micro-management. Everyone is encouraging and lift each other up, while keeping ourselves accountable. Perhaps the very best part about this job is the amazing team. I work with about 50 different sales reps from very different backgrounds who all seem to get along and work as well together as one could possibly ask for. I consider every single person I work with a friend, and some of my colleagues are now among my very best friends. I just couldn't imagine a better corporate culture!
Cons
If you prefer a strict work routine, it will be nearly impossible to find that at this job. Opportunity for advancement is lower than some other sales jobs because of the minimal nature of our management structure. There just aren't that many advanced positions that need to be filled at a given time. Which actually speaks well for existing management and the independence of our reps.
