      Pros

      Easy job, I enjoyed my co-workers, fun environment, and great events.

      Cons

      They changed the commission structure 3x in 8 months. This is very much like a "pyramid scheme". They will sell you on how much you could POTENTIALLY make, encourage you to be unethical, and throw you under the bus when customers complain. Also, your commission will never actually be what you earned because they deduct missing items from your paycheck.

      Friendly work environment, many job opportunities, gym, catering cafeteria, pay is competitive, PTO, benefits, and the people overall.

      Cons

      Communication from upper management to lower management/employees specifically when there is any change or budget issues (seems to be a disconnect from the left side of the call center from the right side of the call center).
