The hours and work locations are flexible, as they are selected by the employee. The job is 100% commission and you have no limit on the amount of money you can earn. It is a team environment with many opportunities to grow and learn new skills. As you become successful you will have the opportunity to advance in the company.

Cons

100% commission is not for everyone. Compensation is literally based on hard work and results, and if you do not commit it will be hard to succeed.

Cellular Sales is a growing company with several advancement opportunities. Competitive benefits within the industry. Fun atmosphere. Tons of contests and employee appreciation. Work in different stores gives you the ability to meet different clients and different sales opportunities. Flexibility!!

Cons

It is a retail position so you will work nights and weekends sometimes and holidays are very busy! However, these shifts are great money makers! If you're not independently minded, or you need lots of direction, this may not be the right fit.
