      Basically no rules, laid back job

      Cons

      Commission only job, sloppy management. I was hired within 3 days, when I started I was told there would be 4 days of training. I'm not sure if the job offered benefits or not but I never got to sign up for them or discuss them with my manager. The "training" was more hands on then learning the system, which I didn't really like because I had no idea of the types of plans to offer or how to set up a sale through the computer. It was just so messy. Maybe if there was a base pay and I had more organized training I would have stayed longer than 4 days.

      Pros

      Honest, fun and caring company! It's an awesome place to work and make friends! It's simple really- do the work you were hired to do and everything else falls into place.

      Cons

      Not sure really. The back office handles all the day to day needs for the stores and are always willing to help and go above and beyond for the reps.
