      Pros

      In control of your own income, you get out what you put in. It feels like a big family working for this company. Great leadership and you are given all the tools to succeed.

      Cons

      Shift swapping can sometimes be difficult if you need off work.

      My Second Home

      Pros

      This is a career not a job. Here I've learned to grow a client base and how to position sales to work best for clients. I am in charge of my work load and the money I make is based on how much work you put into your clients and each sale. When first starting I was welcomed into a warm environment and allowed to still be myself. I can see myself being here for many years to come or until I've gained enough skills to open my own business.There are lots of areas to grow personal skills& job promotions. I love what I do and I enjoy the people I work with every day. We have become more than a team but more like family.

      Cons

      The downside of being here is it is mentally stressful. It takes a mentally strong person to work here. You also can work 4-6 days a week but no matter what you do, a social life tends to go out the window from just wanting to relax on your days off.
