      Pros

      Owners in upper New York market are good bosses who care about their employees. Fun events are held at companies expense. Bosses show genuine concern for employees facing hard times and will assist them if possible. Bosses allow for flexible scheduling for salaried employees.

      Cons

      There are no promotion opportunities. No education benefits. Great job but not a career company.

      Pros

      High income professional retail sales environment. Room for advancement. Limited micromanagement. Plenty of location options across the eastern and southern U.S. Decent training.

      Cons

      Scheduling flexibility has been made very limited, though better than an average 9-5. Policy inconsistencies. Very limited paid vacation, and no paid personal days. Inferior backend system efficiency and stability when compared with corporate VZW.

      Pros

      Decent money if you're willing to work 6 or 7 days a week.

      Cons

      You have no home life. The management sucks, at least in Chattanooga, TN. Biggest turnover rate. You are constantly walking on eggshells with this job. You will never make management happy unless you are the top seller. They treat you awful. And if someone steals something or another employee misplaces something then it's coming out of your paycheck.
