      Pros

      The culture and the training are definitely designed for you to succeed, there aren’t many drawbacks to how the business is run. If you’re ready and willing to take control of your earnings, this company is a great place to do that.

      Cons

      Starting out the pay is pretty low, you get onboarded through a temp agency for your first month of training and the rate is pretty low. I definitely recommend planning ahead and saving if you want to transition into working for this company just because of the minimal pay at the start.
