      It is not a difficult job, but if you really want to make money you have to be a go getter.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule for the most post, good work life balance, and low stress atmosphere. Very little micromanaging. You can make a lot of money at this job if you work hard for it.

      Cons

      Pay is inconsistent, and it's 100% commission. It's practically a job in and of itself just making sure that you are getting paid correctly.

      Just another retail sales job

      Pros

      The best part of this job was the ability to work unsupervised, for the most part. The stores were new and clean, and appealing to customers.

      Cons

      In order to earn a reasonable amount of commission, it was necessary to overcharge the customer and to sell them cheap accessories which were marked up to premium prices. This led to complaints, returns, and ill will toward the sales force. Customer sentiments were then redirected to the sales force as their problem. There was an unusually low amount of customers walking in to the store.

      Pros

      no limit to income from commissions , and work almost when you want with a draft like schedule

      Cons

      commission sharing with not enough traffic to share.. back office is dysfunctional .. delay in response to anything
