Pros

What's not to love? Benefits, money, relaxed work environment, unlimited income, shared commission and awesome team work! Everyone I work with is awesome in their own unique way and work is fun and rewarding! Literally could not be happier working anywhere else. If you do what the successful people tell you then you can make great money. The fast paced environment means days go by fast. Slower times just mean you have time to connect with some of your prospects by calling or emailing them, learn about your product, catch up on paperwork and recharge for the next wave.

Pros

Money was pretty good after a few months. Approx 30 hours a week some pretty good people who work there average rep makes around 2700 pre month before taxes

Cons

No salary. Straight commission commission goals and payout changes at least once a year. If you are new it's very tough to get started. They have a draft for shifts and if they are in one of the 3 per year you will get nothing scheduled. You will need to ask others for their shifts to make money at first. The reviews on here are a little doctored meaning the owners ask the current reps to put positive reviews. Notice no former employee gives them great reviews?!?! Biggest issue I had was I had to pay back the company for any phones that were turned off with in the first 6 months. iPhone for instance cost us over 300 out if our check if someone deacted.

I can understand your issue of paying back the company for any phones that are turned off by customers. That is the charge back policy that Verizon has implemented in their commission structure. Cellular Sales and other retailers must also return commissions as well. We also believe there are several things you can control at the point of sale to help reduce the likely-hood of customers charging back. If you believe that any of these charge-backs occurred to you in error. Please contact hr@cellularsales.com. In addition, we do occasionally ask for comments from current employees.
