Pros

Fun work atmosphere, no direct supervision

Cons

Pay is pure commission and varies from month to month. Also, if phones sold do not remain on the customer's account for at least 6 months, reps are charged back not only their commission but the loss the company took on the phone

Do whatever you want. That's what they say, anyway.

Cons

When you do whatever you want, you get put under the microscope. The management wants to know why you take days off when you don't even get paid for them. Oh yeah, you don't get vacation, sick, or personal days. So never take a day off unless you want to lose money.
