Pros

Flexible Schedule. Control over your own income. Not very much micro-management. Plenty of Freedom

Cons

Many different ways that they take money from your paycheck. Little help with lead generation. No vacation. Can never request time off. Persistently shrinking bonuses and commissions. High Turnover that leads to customers distrusting people in the stores.

Very flexible and management is easy to work with.

Cons

Deacts, charged for missing accessories and phones, too many tiers, and commissions are getting lower by the minute.
