Pros

Flexible Schedule (not that this will ever help your work life balance at this company)

Cons

First thing 75 percent turn over rate nationwide. Dont try to tell me that many people cant hack it in sales because I could teach my sandle how to sell phones. The company is broken and cant hold onto employees to save their life. I was an employee with Cellular Sales for over 3 years and have watched the changes happen bit by bit and what was once an amazing company is now just a shiny turd. 5000 a month in the recruiting posts............... good luck make half that, then take out all the deductions from your paycheck that are sure to happen and almost impossible to argue and your paycheck probably looks more like 1800. Changes are made everyday and everyday you make less and less and less and less.

Pros

Cellular Sales has a great work environment with great people. The people that work here treat each other like family and not just co-workers. Hard work is recognized and appreciated. Also seniority has nothing to do with advancement opportunity. I have been with the company for less than a year and have already advanced a great deal.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say about Cellular Sales. It is a great place to come and grow both professionally and personally.

Pros

The pros of Cellular Sales come from the people you will be working for and with. The team atmospere that is created is very friendly and promotes a good level of professionalism and friendly competition. Management, from Dane Scism the CEO and down, is available, and for the most part have done the jobs on the ladder they have climbed. This means they not only know what they are talking about, but that they have done it recently enough to remember what it is like. There are also a lot of opportunities for advancements if you take advantage of the training and options that are available.

Cons

As with any team environment there are always those who will do the least they have to and let themselves be carried by the rest. Just don't spend to much time or effort on them, they will not be around for long.
