Pros

If you can sell all the time 24 hrs a day 7 days a week then you make great money.

Cons

Management does not enforce rules. Sales people basically steal sales that were required to be shared with out fear of reprimand because upper management threatens to fire any employee that turns someone in for this activity. Completely independant contractor 100% commissioned , and you are required to incorporate so they hire your business and not you. This means you have absolutley no legal rights as an employee. Which means that if they decide not to pay you, you have no legal ground to stand on and make them pay you your commissions.

Pros

If you have the ability to pick up shifts and work 24/7 then you can make a pretty good amount of money.

Cons

You're contracted out so the company will nickel and dime you as much as they can.
