Pros

From the day I started i have met nothing but happy and exciting people here, many I now call my good friends. I go to work every day happy and go home every night with a feeling of accomplishment, knowing that i made my paycheck and i worked hard for it. 1. The commission here is outstanding if you work for it. 2. The management gives praise when do and coaches when needed. 3. Career advancement is always there, I been here for 5 or so months and I am 1 of only 6 team leaders in South Florida. 4. The people I work with and for are all just great people. 5. This is my new home and I aint going no where ! If you have the opportunity to join our team, stop thinking about it and do it.

Cons

Only gripe I have is having to pay full retail cost for missing inventory, though I know and understand the reason why. I just think its a bit of an ouch you can say.

Pros

- great work environment - basically own your own business without the headaches - unlimited earning potential - you control your own schedule - very flexible as far as time off and vacations are concerned - you have FREEDOM to work when, how, and where you want to - no micromanagment - great communication between the managing partners and the sales force

Cons

- 100% commissioned so it's not for everyone, meaning that there will obviously be down months when working in a commissioned based field. However, when the store traffic dies down you can still go out and sell to whoever you want wherever you want!! The opportunities here really are amazing.

Pros

Good work enviroment. Hard work recognized.

Cons

They sell a dream to you when they hire you, telling you that you'll make 4k a month just sitting in the store, and 5-6k if your good. Cellular Sales takes on all the profit of a company yet is liable for nothing as you get charged FULL RETAIL COST when inventory goes missing (stolen, lost, etc.) on shift. If someone deactivates service within 6 months of you selling, you get charged back the commission. They have you on 100% commission that is split with everyone on shift, yet they overstaff stores that are already lacking in traffic, making days where you only make 50 - 100 dollars quite abundant. The regional directors make the same amount of money whether their is 3 people on shift or 6, the only difference is that the commission gets split between 6 people rather than 3. They do absolutly no marketing for the stores at all. the leads you get are the people coming through the door and when theres no traffic, you make nothing. its only the top 15% of reps who make around 4k, and thats only because they work 7-8 shifts per week. They consistently hire weak sales reps who "clerk the opportunity", and wonder why the numbers are down. Very little room to advance. No benefits.
