Pros

Your paycheck, for the most part, eflect your work ethic. I love the flexibiliy andworking with different people everyday.

Cons

There seems to be constant change and not always for the positive. There seems to be a lot of the "good ole boy" network going on when it comes to advancement.

A Great Place to Learn and Grow

Pros

Over the nearly five years of working with Cellular Sales I've learned so much about the business world and specifically sales. At Cellular Sales the assumption is that you can do it until proven otherwise compared to most companies where the assumption is that you can't do it and you must prove yourself before you can get the autonomy and independence many look for in a career. It's a company culture that promotes independent thinking and decision making and expects the accountability, both good and bad, that goes with it. Management will go to the ends of the earth in support of their sales reps but only if those sales reps have first made an effort to think creatively and solve that problem on their own. Overall, my time with Cellular Sales has given me an indispensible insight into the world of sales and has helped me grow as an independent and responsible business professional. I would highly recommend the position to any salesperson looking to take their sales experience to the next level.

Cons

This position is not for everyone. It requires a high degree of independence and self-motivation. This company is not here to babysit retail cashiers or sales clerks. You have to be money motivated, highly ethical and have a desire to learn and grow as a salesperson.

Pros

Now that I've experienced a job that lets me run my own business the way I want to run it there's no way I'm going back to an everyday 9 to 5 making whatever they allow me to make. Here I control my own paycheck, my own schedule and pretty much my own way of living my personal life. If do envy those that I see start with us right out of school because I didn't get brought on to this company until I had gone through two lengthy employment stops first. They are really hitting the ground running having the ability to make this type of money so soon out of school. There's really just something to be said about looking forward to go to work everyday because everyday is a new opportunity to do something great.

Cons

There are times when you work with others that aren't as enthused about making money (for some strange reason) and they bring that attitude to the sales floor. Of course this can be said of any job but I do like that these individuals tend to weed themselves out which works out great for those looking to make some good money.
