      No job security, up and down sales, no accountability, no real leadership, doesn't hire based on skills but promotes based on tenure. Very political.

      High earning potential. Fun coworkers Ability to be hands on with the newest wireless technology

      Cons

      Have to work with some unprofessional people. 100% COMMISSION. Long hours. No paid vacation. Leadership is not receptive to change, unless it is their idea. If you sell a lot you are golden.

      This is the only place I've ever worked that really is a team. Everyone is always there to help if you need it. It's really like having an extended family. There is a lot of money you can make if you go after it. I am so proud to be a part of this company!!!
