Flexible schedule, uncapped commission, a team of people that care about each other.

Cons

People can be emotional about their phones.

Pros

Good product, easy to sell (cellphones). Very good pay with benefits. Not a lot of brainpower required. Must be good at sales.

Cons

Schedules are random and erratic. Can't plan for anything beyond 2 weeks maximum. Tricky with family obligations. You gonna miss dinnertime and weekends a lot.
