In regards to your concerns, please feel free to give more detail by emailing, recruiting@cellularsales.com. We always want the opportunity to grow and we take these concerns seriously. As you know with being 100% commission based, paid vacation is a little more difficult. However, the flexible schedule and having an uncapped earning potential is often seen as a positive to counteract this negative. Over the years we have been very fortunate to now be able to do almost everything that Corporate stores can do; not having managers in store will often mean we have to call our support line to help as we do not have the ability to 'override' changes. We do encourage that market trainers spend time going over the commission and draw structure. For additional learning, we have an informative PowerPoint presentation as a resource that is available in our University (CSU). We take your concerns seriously and will work on making improvements to avoid other consultants having the same concerns going forward. Pros

Pro's well i was employed with the company for 6 months, and made roughly 35 grand. Your peers will be like minded and kind, so long as you remain considerate.

Cons

Company is out of Tennessee, and has a very formal, Style. They claim that it's a psychological advantage, but from the outside looking in its more that their noses are super high, up in the air. You have to sell many phones for hundreds of dollars over fair market value to earn the type of money that they sell you on when you're applying for the job, and at national training.

flexible schedule, commission based, can be a really great team atmosphere

Cons

no time off, always changing goals for commission payout, shady dealings required sometimes.
