Cellular Sales Verizon is the best company to work for. I have never worked at a job where everyone is invested on how well you do. They want you to succeed. My bosses and co workers are the best people and are always willing to help, day or night. This company will work hard for you to do well in not only your career but also your personal life. It is simply amazing. It also offers very flexible hours.

Cons

100% commission. You must be willing to be a hard worker to succeed.

Home/work balance is the best, 35-40 hour work weeks with the ability to make a lot of money, no cap on commissions, everyone we work with feels like family

Cons

I don't see this as a con but for some it could be. We are minimally managed. We don't have a manager in the store at all times and if you are not good with managing yourself and your time, it is easy to fall in to bad habits.
