Pros

CellularSales is just the place you want to go to if you're looking for a career that not only gives you back what you put in, but also offers flexibility, responsibility, and a healthy work-life balance for full-time employees. I am in the Houston market and could not be happier. CellularSales is the perfect place to hone in on your own skills and improve with other like-minded individuals. I'm currently on my 5th month here and have loved every part of it. I can work at multiple locations throughout my market, I am able to provide excellent service and be compensated for it. Additionally, they have an excellent sales training program that keeps wireless professionals plugged in and always learning. The camaraderie here in Houston is also what makes it more fun, too. Great place to be for team players and hard workers.

Cons

If you can't take the step up and become a responsible, time-efficient person it will be hard to acclimate. CellularSales provides you with the ability to become your own boss without too much micro-management, therefore one must be able to do their own work without being told to do so. If you are new to the telecommunications industry I would recommend studying up on products and services in your spare time. Product knowledge and competitor knowledge always give you an edge.

Pros

I worked as a Sales Representative at Cellular Sales for three years. I loved the people that I had the pleasure of working with. I loved my daily routine. I knew that when I left for the day...I could sleep at night. I made sure that all of the clients that came in was taken care of. You were in control of your pay. Unfortunately the culture had died out and negativity was starting to take over, which is why I had to end it.

Cons

Wrong people being promoted. Promotions were based off of the wrong reasons. Watched too many amazing reps leave because of this exact issue. All in all...that was the biggest complaint.

Pros

Flexibility Mentorship, you learn from the best and have constant access to pick their brains. Commission structure is super aggressive. Great people If you're willing to learn, you will make a very nice living.

Cons

If you are too proud to ask for help, you'll make things tough on yourself. Flexibility is a double edged sword. It is easy to give up shifts and some fall into complacency.
