      Pros

      If you are a great sales professional but feel like you are not getting paid your worth. This is a great company for you. The compensation here is great and is at a higher rate than any other cell phone store. Great The training and team spirt makes it an easy transition when new

      Cons

      Keep an open mind because you have to learn a whole new way to sale. The trainers are great to help with the transition though

      Pros

      You do make some of the highest commissions in the industry. You will like it here if you are a hustler (that isn't necessarily a compliment). I enjoyed working with a lot of the people I did.

      Cons

      In my experience, it is a poorly run company for it's size. It is very unorganized without quality leadership. Job requirements change constantly and are different for different individuals. You also have to deal with the general public.

      Pros

      Cellular Sales is a job that is flexible with your schedule. You do not have a manager over your shoulder each day trying to micro manage your time. The company really does try to make you fell like you have a second family (work family). Finally Cellular Sales gives you all the tools and training you need to really succeed and make a nice salary!

      Cons

      You do have to be a self motivator. Some of the days can seem long if you have work and than have meetings after. Honestly I can not really think of any Cons with this job.
