- Excellent compensation potential - No micromanagement, individual responsibilities - great team environment - motivated self starter culture with leadership support - thorough training and ramp up window to get new hires started - control over scheduling and shifts worked

Cons

Nights and weekends are the biggest money making times. Holidays are busier times and can be difficult to get time off through Thanksgiving/Christmas.
