      Pros

      Uncapped commission is what they will sell you on, but the reality is it’s very hard to make a living anymore here.

      Cons

      Management is disconnected even though they preach support. You can only get ahead if you drink the KoolAid and brown nose. No one really knows how to improve income, they just make things up they hope will work, and when it doesn’t, they try something else. But they will tell you the whole time, “Just trust us this is going to be good”.

      Good hole in the wall job

      Pros

      - uncapped commission structure. - flexible weekly schedule - No college degree required, just hard work and knowledge of tech. -opportunity for growth, the guy that runs our market started where I did. - I currently make roughly 100k (annually) selling phones. I have an associates degree from a community college, no bachelors degree or student loans. - if you are a hard worker and you want to be recognized and paid for your hard work, this is the job for you. - nice A/C filled store, My store has the best restaurants around it.

      -sometimes the floor is over staffed. -the schedule changes every month. -
