Freedom, unlimited potential income, work life balance, little stress, good training process, multiple learning portals and opportunities. Potential growth in market and other markets.

Cons

Though the commission structure was explained thoroughly in the interview process by the recruiter and the regional managers. It is hard to fully grasp it until your checks and commissions start coming in.
